RETURN POLICY-FOR BUILDERS AND DEALERS
* Cabinets must be inspected for any damage or factory defects when the box is opened. If any damage is found, pictures of the damage must be submitted to your sales representative for the claims department.

*All Unassembled Non-Damaged Cabinet Returns are subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee if product is UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED upon inspection.
Customer would choose from either a store credit or a refund via original payment method, the credit is based on warehouse examination of the products. Customer will not receive a credit if the return product is not in resaleable condition.
* Returns must be received by the POLO Cabinet within 30 days of purchase.
* ASSEMBLED CABINET CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PANELS, MOLDINGS, TRIMS and ACCESSORIES.
* CLAIMS for interior box damage must be reported along with clear pictures and UNASSEMBLED within 30 days of pickup.
* CLAIMS for shipping damage and/or missing items must be reported along with pictures within 5 days of receiving.
* ATTENTION – Assembly and Installation should be done by professional assemblers and installers. Both require special tools. If you’re not a professional, have the assembly and installation done by professionals.
